Mo is simply one of the most talented people I’ve ever worked with. In his time as my lead developer at Banc he continually delivered pixel-perfect digital experiences that worked beautifully for users as well as search engines, utilising a range of frameworks and technologies to bring them to life and never compromising on quality or performance. He combines an outstanding work ethic with a sharp problem-solving mind and great eye for design, and also possesses that rarest and most valuable of skills; the ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience in an engaging, inspiring way. I can’t recommend Mo highly enough.

I have worked with Mo for over a year now at Yorkshire Water and have always been impressed by the level of professionalism, commitment and hard work he applies to each project he is involved in. Mo is an excellent agile UI developer with an in depth understanding of modern front end technologies and practices including JavaScript, Node.js and React. He is able to apply his knowledge effectively to solve complex coding problems with well tested, accessible and maintainable code. I have really enjoyed collaborating with Mo on projects at Yorkshire Water and would not hesitate to recommend him as part of any team.

Mo is highly skilled in medium-large React.js web applications. He's able to manage complex data and state to guide a user through an intuitive experience. He is very comfortable with TDD and BDD paradigms and writing suitable unit, snapshot and behavioural tests of functions, React components and data stores. He creates user interfaces that are both to a very high standard visually and more recently has also become passionate about creating accessible experiences. I'd consider it a pleasure to work alongside him again in the future.

So far I worked with Mohammed (Mo) in same organisation for over a year. He’s a passionate front-end developer with genuine interest in what’s going on in the industry. Mo came with strong front-end skillset (HTML, SCSS, Vanilla JS and some React), and I was astounded how quickly his drive made him a very competent React.js/Redux developer, using different libraries for unit testing (jest, react testing library, enzyme). He has done a ton of research on accessibility in front-end and numerous times demonstrated his ability to be a patient mentor. Mo proven to have an eye for detail in design. I found him to posses analytical thinking, be approachable, humble and extremely competitive at foosball table. Mo is a reliable asset in any team and I’d highly recommend him.

Mo is a very capable and professional contractor who was a pleasure to work alongside for our client, Yorkshire Water. He not only excels at creating front-end user interfaces that seamlessly interact with APIs, but also has a great eye for design detail. Mo relished the opportunity to learn more about building accessible web-apps for users with impairments, and was crucial in helping to create a design system for the client.

Mo is a fantastic front end developer and was a great addition to our squad. He hit the ground running from day one and made an instant difference to the overall quality of the work our team was producing. He has a fine grasp of motion and how it can be used to aid usability, a good eye for detail and meticulously high standards. He's got a great sense of humour and is a pleasure to work with, it's just a shame he's a Manchester United fan!

I worked with Mo for a year at Yorkshire Water and I have a lot of respect for him. Not only does he excel at the technical aspects of the role, he is very approachable and personable and could explain things in a non-technical way where necessary. I worked with Mo for over a year whilst working on the Customer Self-Service project and found him very professional, engaged and passionate about what we were aiming to deliver. He delivers quality work and is very approachable and able to explain technical detail to a non-techy person like myself. I really hope to work with Mo again in the future!
